Produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that are harvested by hand and grown in the hills of Trentino. The Pinot Noir grapes are harvested slightly early so that characteristic aromatic notes of red fruit can be brought to the nose, and structure, richness and importance can be brought to the palate.Metodo Classico, Método Tradicional, Methode Champenoise: are all ways of identifying the earliest and most refined production method of sparkling wines obtained through a second fermentation in the bottle.Talento identifies the excellence of Italian sparkling wine. As a matter of fact, since 2005 the use of “Talento” is exclusively reserved to sparkling wines produced with the second fermentation in bottle and may only be made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco grapes, of which the finest are preserved to obtain quality sparkling wines with a minimum of 15 months second fermentation.

Der Bellavista Franciacorta Alma Gran Cuvee Brut ist eine Komposition aus 77% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Nero und 1% Pinot Bianco. Sowohl in der Nase als auch am Gaumen beeindruckt der elegante Schaumwein mit ausgeprägter Mineralität und Nuancen von süßen reifen Früchten, Baiser und kandierten Zitrusschalen. The grapes come from vineyards planted in calcareous clay and gravel soils between 240 and 500 meters in the areas Ora, Tramin and Egna.The grapes were gently pressed immediately following harvest. Primary fermentation occurred in steel tanks, followed by partial malolactic fermentation.Tasting NotesChardonnay is popular and much-loved variety. Our Chardonnay is greenish yellow in color, with delicate fruity aromas and a dry finish. It tastes fresh and lively with hints of pineapple, pear, citrus, vanilla and butter.Food PairingThis is a wine to enjoy as an aperitif, or to pair with appetizers, fish and poultry.

Der Glarea, ein hundertprozentiger Chardonnay, wurde mit Jahrgang 2020 erstmals von der Cantina Tramin vinifiziert. Der Name Glarea stammt aus dem Rätoromanischen und bedeutet Kies. Eindeutiger Hinweis auf den Boden auf dem die Reben stehen. Der Kiesboden sorgt für eine sehr starke Mineralität des Weines. Durch die Hanglage der Weinberge und starke Fallwinde kühlen die Trauben nachts und in den frühen Morgenstunden stark ab. Tagsüber ist es in der Regel sehr heiß, sodass für einen entsprechenden Temperaturausgleich gesorgt wird. Der Glarea profitiert davon durch eine besondere Frische und Balance. Die Gärung und Reifung erfolgte in unterschiedlich großen Holzfässern, was dem Wein nicht nur eine Langlebigkeit, sondern auch gute Struktur verleiht.Typisch strohgelb leuchtet der Glarea mit grünlichen Reflexen im Glas. Der Weißwein duftet intensiv nach Banane, Ananas und getrockneten Aprikosen. Am Gaumen ist der Wein saftig und frisch. Besonders prägt ihn seine außergewöhnliche Mineralität. Im Abgang voller frischer Kraft und Harmonie.Der Glarea von Cantina Tramin passt sehr gut zu Vorspeisen aller Art. Probieren Sie ihn auch zu Fischgerichten oder weißem Fleisch. Nicht zuletzt auch mit Pizza und Pasta kombinierbar.

Eine wirkliche Rarität von Cantina Tramin ist der Troy Chardonnay Riserva. Nur 3100 Flaschen wurden vinifiziert. Die Trauben stammen aus zwei Weinbergen in Söll bei der Ortschaft Tramin. Die Weinberge befinden sich auf einer Höhe von über 500 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel an exponierter Stelle nach Südosten hin ausgerichteten Hanglagen. Das Besondere an dieser Lage sind die extremen Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Tag und Nacht. Die Chardonnay Reben finden hier ideale Bedingungen, um bei wenig Ertrag eine hervorragende Qualität auszubilden. Der Boden ist geprägt von Lehm und Schotter, der stark mit Kalk versetzt ist. Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen und jede einzelne Beere sorgsam geprüft. Nach der Gärung und dem biologischen Säureabbau in Barrique wurde der Wein für 11 Monate auf den Feinhefen belassen. Im Anschluss fand eine fast zweijährige weitere Reifung in kleinen Edelstahltanks und eine viermonatige Flaschenlagerung statt.Der Troy Chardonnay Riserva von Tramin aus Italien besticht durch seine Tiefe und seine Vielfalt an Aromen. Seine besondere Saftigkeit und Eleganz machen diesen Wein zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Im Glas findet sich eine goldgelbe Farbe. Die Nase wird von blumigen und zitrusartigen Noten verwöhnt, die durch eine Vielzahl weiterer Düfte wie Kamille, Minze, tropischer Früchte und leichten Röstaromen ergänzt werden. Am Gaumen ist der trockene Weißwein mit großartiger Frische und intensiver Mineralik ausgestattet. Der Geschmack zeichnet sich durch eine Vielzahl an fruchtigen Aromen wie Banane, Mango und Galiamelone aus. Im Abgang wiederholt sich die mineralische Note nochmals und wird durch die unglaubliche Saftigkeit und Länge unterstützt.Nun noch eine kleine Erklärung zum Namen Troy. Früher wurde in Südtirol ein Pfad häufig als Troy bezeichnet. Die Kellerei hat sich für diesen Namen entschieden, um damit den zurückgelegten Entwicklungsweg zu diesem Chardonnay zu verdeutlichen.Wir empfehlen diesen herrlichen Chardonnay zu Schalentieren oder Fisch-Carpaccio. Geschmacklich intensive Nudelgerichte mit Trüffeln, Knödel mit Pilzen und starker Ziegenkäse passen ebenfalls gut zu diesem Spitzenwein.
