The Anthonij Rupert Protea Rosé is a classic rosé in the Provence style. The grapes were selected by hand and aged in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, they remained in contact with the yeast for some time in order to develop the aroma to the fullest. The Anthonij Rupert Protea Rosé is a pale pink to red in the glass. This rosé is impressively fruity and offers aromas of raspberries and peach in its bouquet, along with nuances of apple blossoms.The palate is characterised by a great juiciness and a lovely, fresh acidity, showing noticeable aromas of strawberries, raspberries, other ripe berries and citrus peel. The lightness and liveliness of the Protea Rosé make it a captivating pleasure to drink – and not only in summer. This lovely rosé is an excellent accompaniment to seafood, white fish, braised salmon or soft cheeses.

The Beyerskloof Traildust is a blend consisting of the Pinotage, Cinsault and Pinot Noir grape varieties. Everyone who knows that the Pinotage grape variety is a cross between Cinsault, also known as Heritage, and Pinot Noir immediately recognises the special quality of this wine.Winemaker Anri Truter, the owner of the Beyerskloof estate, thus united the ancient grape varieties with the new Pinotage cross. One might suppose that this was a bold experiment. However, after several years of trying the estate produced a wonderful wine. The Beyerskloof Traildust is, so to speak, a tribute to the legacy of the Pinotage.The wine has a wonderful bouquet offering aromas of black cherries, plums and flowers, accompanied by subtle hints of spice. It is a brilliant ruby-red in the glass. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fresh, with soft and balanced tannins. This is an elegant blend that is a rare find indeed.The Beyerskloof Traildust matured for 12 months in French oak casks, giving the wine its balance and power to accompany duck or game carpaccio, for example.

Der Boekenhoutskloof Chocolate Block ist ein unverwechselbares Geschmackserlebnis aus Südafrika. In der Nase vereint dieser Blend aus knapp drei Viertel Syrah (Shiraz) sowie kleineren Anteilen von Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Noir, Cinsault und Viognier vielfältige Noten: Intensive Kirschnoten, Kardamom, süßer Tabak, Espresso und ein Hauch von Parfüm kommen hier zusammen. Am Gaumen vollmundig und rund, mit sehr guter Struktur, erfrischender Säure, einer rauchigen Mineralität und Aromen von schwarzen Oliven, sowie Lakritz und reifen Pflaumen.Für 16 Monate wurde der Boekenhoutskloof Chocolate Block im Eichenholz ausgebaut, wobei zu 10% neue Fässer zum Einsatz kamen. Der außergewöhnliche Wein passt ideal zu Pasta und Pizza, dunklem Fleisch (gebraten oder gegrillt), zu Geräuchertem oder zu mittelkräftigem Käse oder Hartkäse.Auch als 1.5-Liter-Magnum-Flasche erhältlich.
