Fruchtig, spritzig und wunderbar leicht ist der Cielo e Terra 9° Rosé Frizzante. Der leicht perlende Rosé wird aus Merlot-Trauben hergestellt. Die Gärung mit selektierten Hefen findet bei kontrollierter Temperatur statt. Anschließend reift der Perlwein in Edelstahltanks. Die Nase ist fruchtig mit Aromen von Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Birnen und roten Johannisbeeren und leichten blumigen Noten. Am Gaumen ist der halbtrockene Frizzante fruchtig und erfrischend.Der geringe Alkoholgehalt von nur 9 Vol% macht den Cielo e Terra 9° Rosé Frizzante zu einem idealen Terrassen- und Sommerwein, der sowohl als Aperitif als auch als Begleiter zu sommerlichen Speisen eine gute Figur macht.

Die Reben für diese Cuvée aus Syrah und Nero d'Avola gedeihen unter der Sonne Siziliens.Für den Terre Siciliane Rosato IGT liest das Weingut Corte dei Mori ausgewählte Trauben der Rebsorten Syrah und Nero d'Avola. Besonders Nero d'Avola gehört zu den traditionellen Reben Siziliens, doch auch Syrah-Trauben fühlen sich wohl in dem mediterranen Klima, das auf der italienischen Insel herrscht.Im Glas imponiert dieser Rosé mit einem dunklen Lachston. Fruchtige Aromen von Erdbeere und Himbeere steigen in die Nase, bevor sich beim Genuss der milde Charakter mit einer angenehmen Säurestruktur offenbart. Das darauffolgende Finale ist lang anhaltend. The wine, which is named after the Greek philosopher Epicurus (341-271 BC), is ideal with fish and white meats with light sauces. Dieser Rosé aus Sizilien ist eine reinsortige Kreation aus Nero d’Avola. Der wunderbar belebende Wein strahlt im Glas in einem dezenten Rosa. Der Feudo Arancio Rosato duftet intensiv fruchtig, wobei vor allen Dingen Noten von Himbeeren und Brombeeren das Bouquet prägen.Am Gaumen ist dieser italienische Rosé trocken, frisch und elegant. Seine feine, delikate Struktur sowie die angenehme Mineralität und Frische machen den Feudo Arancio Rosato zu einem perfekten Begleiter für unbeschwerte Momente.Die Trauben für den Rosato stammen von Lagen in Sambuca di Sicilia (Provinz Agrigento) und in Acate (Provinz Ragusa). Feudo Aranico nutzt allein die Trauben, die auf 200 bis 300 Metern ü.d.M. angebaut werden. Hier ist das Sonnenlicht nicht zu intensiv, sodass aus den Trauben ein frischer, fruchtiger Wein komponiert werden kann.

Die Geschichte des Terroirs zwischen Verona und dem Gardasee, die Leidenschaft einer Familie, die Kultur einer Region – wenn man all das in einen Wein packt, kommt der Gorgo Custoza DOC heraus. Frisch, fruchtbetont und leicht aromatisch ist dieser trockene Weißwein, der aus einer komplexen Traubenmischung auf dem italienischen Weingut Gorgo gekeltert wird und sich durch seinen weichen, saftigen Charakter auszeichnet.Die Bio-zertifizierten Trauben Trebbianco Toscano, Garganega, Cortese und Tocai Friulano werden von Hand geerntet. Nach kurzer Standzeit für einige Stunden auf den Schalen, folgt die Gärung in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur.Dieser italienische Weißwein zeigt sich hell strohfarben im Glas. Die Nase versprüht einen intensiven Duft nach Blumen und weißfleischigen Früchten. Am Gaumen prägt Frische diesen charaktervollen Wein. Ein besonderer Genuß ist der Gorgo Custoza DOC bei einer Trinktemperatur von 10°. Der Wein eignet sich nicht nur als feiner Aperitif, sondern passt auch zum Essen – angefangen von Pasta und Suppen über Meeresfrüchtesalate und vegetarische Gerichte bis hin zu rohem und gegartem Fisch.
