A very deep attractive ruby red colour shows a young wine at the moment of its release.On the nose the wine is intense, but elegant, with acid perfume notes probably coming from the cherry aromas that also outstand. Barrel scents emphasize more than usual, but with a couple of months of bottle ageing the wine will be completely integrated.On the palate, very tasty notes and complex aromas enhance, although in a soft and elegant way. A long after tasting with a pleasant end.

Caliterra Tributo Carménère 2022

At the beginning our Tributo Carménère has an intense colour, almost black, combined with a perfect presentation.On the nose, the wine is a witness of ripe vines delivering years of consistency. Preserved aromas, toffee and fruits, such as blueberries, mix with cream notes and almonds. Other aromatic layers show the classical tobacco and smoke notes at the end of the tasting.Once on the palate, outstanding, soft and filling silky notes, with slight nerves makes a very tasty wine. Long and very nice finish that can last over 100 seconds.

Errazuriz Max Reserva Blend 2018

12 Monate reifte der Errazuriz Max Reserva Blend im französischen Barrique, was einen großen Anteil an der Eleganz dieses chilenischen Rotweins hat. Das Bukett dieser Komposition aus Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah (Shiraz), Cabernet Franc und Petit Verdot vereint Noten von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Heidelbeergelee und Schokolade mit feinen Anklängen von Eukalyptus, schwarzem Pfeffer und Vanille. Am Gaumen ist der Blend aus dem Valle del Aconcagua fruchtbetont, mit unterschwelligen Holztönen und merklichen, aber gut eingebundenen Tanninen. Herrlich aromatisch mit feinen Würznoten im Finale, das bleibenden Eindruck hinterlässt.

Der Montes Alpha Syrah von dem Weingut Vina Montes kommt aus Chile, um genauer zu sein aus der Region Colchagua Valley. Dieser Wein ist besonders ausgewogen und geschmeidig.Der trockene Rotwein präsentiert sich in einem eleganten rot mit schwarz-lila Reflexen. In der Nase duftet der Syrah nach schwarzen Kirschen, reifen Pflaumen und roten Früchten wie Erdbeeren. Leicht rauchige, süße Tabaknoten lassen Elegantes erwarten. Am Gaumen angekommen ist der chilenische Rotwein sehr samtig, gespickt mit feinen Gewürznoten. Der Montes Alpha Syrah besteht zum großen Teil aus der Rebsorte Syrah und einem kleinen Teil aus Cabernet Sauvignon und Viognier.Genießen Sie den Wein zu rotem Fleisch, Spaghetti Bolognese oder Ente in einer leckeren Rahmensoße bei einer empfohlenen Trinktemperatur von 17-19 °C.Zusätzlich empfehlen wir Ihnen diesen Wein ca. 30 Minuten vor dem Genuss zu dekantieren.

Ein warmes, glänzendes Rubinrot und ein duftiges Bouquet von Waldbeeren, Blaubeeren und Kirschen mit Untertönen von Zimt, Feigen und getrockneten mediterranen Kräutern zeichnen den Montes Outer Limits CGM aus. Die Trauben für die Komposition aus Carignan, Grenache und Mourvèdre werden von Hand gelesen und nach Rebsorte getrennt vergoren. Vierzig Prozent der Weine reift in neuen Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Am Gaumen saftige Säure, feine Würze und geschmeidiges Tannin.Der elegante Rotwein harmoniert gut mit dunklen Fleischsorten, gereiftem Käse oder auch Beerenkompott.Die Serie Outer Limits von Montes steht für Weine, die aus Trauben aus grenzüberschreitenden Terroirs mit extremen Klima- und/ oder Lagenbedingungen gewonnen werden.

Purple Angel is a selection of our best Carmenère selected from our two Estates (50% sourced from Apalta, were its sunny vineyards give elegance to the wine and 50% from our Marchigue Estate, a coastal cool weather vineyard that produces low yields naturally and provides strength, concentration and a deep, intense carmine color to it. A fantastic wine that blends both elegance and powerPurple Angel showcases the spicy touches typical of Carmenère, with ripe, gentle and soft tannins, it’s a full bodied, concentrated wine that combines red berries and dark chocolate on the mouth with alluring cigar box, blackberries and plums aromas on the noseThe wine is blended with a touch of Petit Verdot to enhance its structure, color and cellaring potential. A mouth filling wine with a very long finish, definitely a unique Carmenère!Denomination of Origin: Purple Angel is a blend of 92% Carmenère and 8% Petit Verdot from the Colchagua Valley. Winemaking: Grapes are carefully hand picked. The clusters go through a grape by grape selection made by hand with a team of 14 people, in which only good fruit is allowed into the tank. During the 18 months of barrel aging in new French oak barrels, the wine is racked 3 times to get rid of lees, and allow some oxygen to interfere in the evolution and maturation of this wine.When the final blend is made, if the wine is totally clear, and has no microbiological pressure, there is no need for filtration or fining….so the wine goes unfiltered to the bottling process.Decant for at least an hour for better enjoyment, allowing the wine to open up.
