The Cà dei Frati Amarone della Valpolicella Pietro dal Cero is an exceptional, high-quality taste experience from the Valpolicella region. The ruby-red wine shows an intense bouquet of sweet sour cherries and chocolate along with a lovely spice, floral nuances and balsamic notes, complemented by subtle hints of sweet tobacco and coffee. On the palate, this Amarone is sumptuously fruity, powerful, elegant and harmonious, showing a remarkable balance of fruitiness, alcohol content and body. The tannins are nicely integrated.This blend from the Cà dei Frati estate, consisting of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina, was aged for 24 months in wooden casks and for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, before it matured for a further 24 months in the bottle. Der Cielo e Terra Amaregis Amarone Riserva della Valpolicella DOCG ist ein intensiver und angenehmer Wein mit reichlich Noten von schwarzen Früchten und Brombeeren, gefolgt von einem Duft nach Balsamico und Gewürzen. Corvina und Rondinella Trauben wurden in diesem herrlichen Rotwein vermählt, der in Valpolicella vom italienischen Weingut Cielo e Terra erschaffen wurde.Die Trauben werden selektiv geerntet und dann in kleinen Kisten 3 bis 4 Monate lang zum Trocknen gelagert. Dies geschieht in einer Umgebung, in der der Wind seine Arbeit tun kann, um Schimmel zu vermeiden. Sobald die Trauben ausreichend getrocknet sind, werden sie gepresst, verarbeitet und in Edelstahltanks gelagert. Schließlich reift der Wein vier Jahre lang in großen Eichenfässern.

We all know the famous Valpolicella wines?The "Ripensato" is a specialty of this region: it consists of 100% for the typical Valpolicella region grape Corvina. The wine is a kind of link between the normal red wine from the Valpolicella area and the Amarone.The Amarone is a Valpolicella vine from partially dried grapes. This means that the grapes stay on the vine until they are fully ripe, then they are read and a few weeks to air dry before being fermented.They lose aqueous constituents. This increases the concentration of the extract substances and sugar. The Amarone is therefore a full-bodied, soft rich, powerful wine.In our "Ripensato" however, the grapes are fermented and then for a few weeks layed on the skins of the Amarone after the Amarone was removed. The wine takes from the Amaronetrester extract and those ripe, jammy notes, which are typical of Amarone. The "Ripensato" is denser and richer than a normal red wine, has sweet tannins and more ripe fruit.Colour: intense cherry redSpicy aromas of dried fruit, fine tannins, rich, velvety.To substantial dishes of pork and beef, fried in dark sauce, grilled meat, lamb and venison, blue cheese, Muenster.

Der Tommasi Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG ist eine Cuvée aus vier Valpolicella-Rebsorten. So ist er aus Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Corvinone und Molinara gekeltert. Für diesen Amarone verwendet das Weingut Tommasi Viticoltori ausschließlich die am besten ausgereiften Cluster und lässt die Trauben über den Winter in offenen Regalen trocknen. Danach reift der Wein drei Jahre in Eichenfässern und ein Jahr in der Flasche.Dadurch leuchtet dieser Wein im Glas in einem tiefen Rubinrot und hat ein intensives Bouquet sowie einen vollmundigen Geschmack. Er duftet nach Schwarzbeeren, Kaffee, Tabak und einem Hauch Vanille und Bitterschokolade. Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2019

This wine shows an excellent fullness, majestic aromas and an outstanding balance among all components, giving it ideal potential for prolonged ageing. The Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a sensational masterpiece of taste and fragrance. The Amarone has an impressive elegance, ripe fruit and an inviting bouquet. It is ruby-red in colour and shows fine hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine is impressively powerful, with warm, rich nuances of wild cherry and chocolate. The Amarone is a little jewel in the range of Zenato wines. It is made of the excellent Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina grapes, which come from the Valpolicella Classico region from the municipalities of Sant'Ambrogio, Negrar, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano. The grapes are harvested and picked by hand and subsequently dried for a period of three months. As a consequence, much of the liquid evaporates, resulting in berries that are extremely rich in sugar. After fermentation, the wine matured for 30 months in oak casks and for a further 12 months in the bottle.
