Im Epicuro Aglianico Puglia IGT zeigt die Rebsorte Aglianico, warum sie zu den besten und ältesten Sorten Süditaliens gehört. Körperreich, vollmundig und mit langem Abgang ist dem Weingut Femar Vini aus Kampanien ein sehr eleganter Tropfen gelungen.Die Trauben der Aglianico-Rebe werden für den Epicuro Aglianico Puglia IGT in Edelstahltanks zu einem köstlichen Wein vergoren, welcher nach und nach ein sehr intensives Bouquet entwickelt. Mineralisches und vulkanisches Gestein kennzeichnen das Terroir um Kampanien und Veneventano, weshalb der Wein von typisch milder Würze geprägt ist.Das kräftige Bouquet enthält Noten von reifen, dunklen Beeren, Gewürzen und Pflaumen sowie subtile florale Akzente. Geschmacklich bietet dieser Rotwein süßliche Nuancen, einen vollen Körper und den charakteristischen Fruchtkern. Im langen Abgang kommen all diese Aromen noch einmal zur Geltung.

Für diese Weinkreation werden ausschließlich sortenreine autochthone Aglianico Rebsorten verwendet. Im Glas besticht der trockene Wein mit einem leuchtenden Kirschrosa. Die Nase zeichnet ein ausgeprägtes fruchtiges Bouquet aus, in dem sich die vorherrschenden Noten von Walderdbeeren und Himbeere mit den subtileren Noten von Kirsche und Granatapfel vereinen. Der Pipoli Rosato ist ausgewogen und saftig am Gaumen und begeistert mit gut ausbalancierter Säure. Sein Finale ist überraschend lang anhaltend und dicht.Der harmonische Roséwein entfaltet bei einer Trinktemperatur von 10 bis 12°C sein volles Aroma. The Vigneti del Salento I Muri Rosso is a cuvée consisting of the Sangiovese, Malvesia Nera and Aglianico grape varieties, all cultivated in the Salento region. The I Muri Rosso is proof that a combination of these grape varieties results in a wonderful wine. It is an intense red with a slightly violet shimmer in the glass. The nose is dominated by aromas of red and black fruit. The power of the Apulian sun is very impressive, giving the wine its rich, fruity flavour. The I Muri Rosso is extremely soft and velvety on the palate. Its finish is characterised by a slight sweetness. The wine goes perfectly with antipasti, light starters with meat or soft cheeses.
