The 3 Passo is a special organic wine. Its name implies the method of wine production. Expressed in simple terms, the wine is blended from three components. One third of the wine is made from overripe grapes that are processed using the appassimento method. The second third of the wine is naturally fermented. The pumping over (remontage) gives the wine more colour and taste. After fermentation, the last third of the wine remains in wooden casks for some time, giving the Cielo e Terra 3 Passo its special character and aromas of vanilla and spices. The wine is a deep garnet-red in colour and offers intense notes of ripe fruit on the nose. The bouquet is complemented by light wood aromas. The wine is powerful on the palate, showing rich fruit aromas and slightly notes of vanilla. The 3 Passo is soft, harmonious and full-bodied, with a complex, prolonged finish. Serve this wonderful wine from Apulia with hearty dishes such as T-bone steaks, for example.

Nach der Gärung erfolgt die Reifung in neuen Barrique Fässern für die Dauer von 18 Monaten.Der Wein hat eine tiefe rubinrote Farbe mit wunderschönen violetten Reflexen. Die Nase ist geprägt von roten Fruchtnoten wie Brombeere, Kirsche und Pflaume. Im Hintergrund schwingen würzige Noten wie Zimt und Nelke mit. Ein Hauch von Lakritz ergänzt das Ganze. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Farnese Fantini 20 Edizione Cinque Autoctoni Limited Release extrem ausgewogen und mit viel Frische, dazu feine Vanille- und Schokoladenaromen. Der vollmundige, weiche Körper mit reichhaltigen, samtigen Tanninen endet in einem langen nachhaltigen Abgang.Der Farnese Fantini 20 Edizione Cinque Autoctoni Limited Release eignet sich hervorragend als Essensbegleiter. Probieren Sie ihn zu Fleisch an einer Senf- oder Pfeffersauce. Auch der Nachklang kann durch ein langes Finale überzeugen.Die Rasse dieses Weines entfaltet sich am besten bei 16 bis 18 °C. Reichen Sie dazu gut gewürzte Vorspeisenplatten aus italienischen Köstlichkeiten, oder gönnen Sie sich elegante Fleischgerichte mit rustikalem Einschlag. Käse ist ein besonders überzeugender Begleiter, sobald er eine mittlere bis starke Reife erreicht hat.
