The Cantina Andrian Pinot Bianco Finado caresses the palate down to the last drop. The light yellow wine has a seductive bouquet hinting of ripe apples and pears. The elegant Pinot blanc is soft and harmonious on the palate, with a balanced acidity. After being harvested by hand, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled cool temperatures. Subsequently, the wine matured for six months with yeast.We recommend drinking the Pinot Bianco Finado from the Andrian winery with starters, fish, crustaceans, hearty meat dishes and mild cheeses. It is also lovely on its own as an aperitif.

The name of this wine comes from the patron of Sella, Saint Mauritius.The grapes for this wine were harvested in small bins and then gently pressed off to steel tanks where the must was allowed to ferment at controlled temperature (19 ° C) without malolactic fermentation.Tasting NotesPinot Bianco is part of the Burgundian Pinot family and is related to Pinot Grigio and the principal grape of Pinot family, Pinot Noir. As a wine, Pinot Blanc feels fresh and rich yet dry. It has a greenish yellow to light yellow color and light scents of green apple. The wine also shows a complex nutty flavor and hints of green leaves.
