Kleine Zalze Family Reserve Chenin Blanc

Dieses liegt unter anderem daran, dass die Trauben von 40 Jahre alten Buschreben stammen und in der südafrikanischen Region Stellenbosch hervorragende Wachstumsbedingungen finden. Die Gärung und Reifung wurde unter Verwendung von gebrauchten französischen Eichenfässern vorgenommen um die zarte Frucht des Chenin Blanc zu schützen. Es wurde bewusst auf eine Filtration vor dem Abfüllen verzichtet um die aromatische Frucht in vollem Umfang zu erhalten. Der Family Reserve Chenin blanc von Kleine Zalze zeigt in der Nase Noten von weißen Blüten und Quitte. Der Wein duftet intensiv nach Aprikose, Zitrone, Melone und Honig.
