Bestheim Crémant d'Alsace Brut Premium AOC

This typical sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of Alsace has a wonderfully multi-faceted bouquet offering notes of raspberries and hazelnut. It is pleasantly creamy on the palate, showing a sparkling freshness, great elegance, charming fullness and a remarkable length. The Bestheim Crémant d’Alsace Brut is a shimmering light yellow in the glass and has a very lovely sparkle.The cooperative association of the Bestheim wine-growers impressively showcases what a Crémant d’Alsace should be. This blend, consisting of the Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois grape varieties, is wonderfully fruity. It is an excellent aperitif but also goes beautifully with warm starters or desserts.The grapes for this sparkling wine come from vines which grow on vineyards with unique soils located in the heart of the Vallée Noble near the village of Westhalten at the foot of the Vosges Mountains. This is the home of many outstanding Crémants.

Noten von grünem Apfel, weißem Pfirsich und frischen Mandeln prägen das Bukett dieses frischen Weißweins aus dem Osten Frankreichs. Dazu kommen feine Noten von Lindenblüten sowie von zerlassener Butter. Am Gaumen frisch und klar, angenehm trocken und harmonisch, mit einem würzigen Finale.Die Trauben für den Hugel Classic Pinot Blanc Alsace AOC stammen von etwa 30 Jahre alten Reben. Das traditionsreiche Weingut Hugel befindet sich mittlerweile in der 13. Generation in Riquewihr am Fuß der Vogesen, etwa 60 Kilometer westlich von Freiburg im Breisgau.Im Glas strahlt der Weißwein in einem hellen Grün mit zitronengelben Reflexen. Genießen Sie diesen fruchtig aromatischen Weißburgunder bei einer Trinktemperatur von 8 Grad als animierenden Aperitif. Auch zu Spargel, Meeresfrüchten oder zu Ziegen- bzw. Hugel Gentil Alsace AOC 2022

In der Nase bietet dieser Weißwein aus Frankreich frisch duftende Noten von grünen Äpfeln und Birnen, exotischen Früchten wie Litschi und Passionsfrucht sowie florale Töne (Rosen) und einen leichten Muskattellerton. Am Gaumen geschmeidig und ausbalanciert, leicht herb und im Abgang elegant.Dieser Verschnitt ist der einzige Wein der Familie Hugel, der nicht aus einer einzigen Rebsorte kreiert wird. „Gentil“ bezeichnet Weine der AOC Alsace (Elsass), die den Vorgaben für eine Assemblage von gehobener Qualität entsprechen. Das traditionsreiche Weingut Hugel befindet sich mittlerweile in der 13. Generation in Riquewihr am Fuß der Vogesen. Das Durchschnittsalter der Reben für den Hugel Gentil Alsace AOC liegt bei fast 30 Jahren.Im Glas leuchtet diese Komposition hellgelb mit grünen Reflexen. Der Hugel Gentil Alsace AOC kann sofort getrunken werden, die ideale Trinktemperatur beträgt 8 Grad.
