Grenache and Shiraz combine in Parallèle 45 Rouge from the Côtes du Rhône. The traditional creation of the winemaker Paul Jaboulet Aîné offers aromas of red currant, a lovely spiciness and vanilla notes. On the palate the wine is dry, medium-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long, spicy finish.

The Parallèle 45 Rouge from vineyards in the southern Rhône valley on the 45th parallel, comes from 25 year old vines. A wonderfully fruity wine, matured in stainless steel tanks that is a fine accompaniment to grilled meats and cheeses.

Paul Mas Cabernet Sauvignon

Der 100%ige Cabernet Sauvignon stammt aus Tälern im Languedoc. Das Klima dort ist mediteran geprägt, was zu runden und weichen Weinen führt. Etwa ein Fünftel des Weins reifte für 4 Monate in Fässern erster und zweiter Füllung. Der Rest wurde im Edelstahltank ausgebaut.
