Der Edizione Bianco Cinque Autoctoni aus dem Hause Fantini wird aus drei regionstypischen Rebsorten vinifiziert. Dabei handelt sich um die Rebsorten Grillo aus Sizilien, Pecorino aus Abruzzen und Fiano aus Basilikata. Die Trauben für diesen Weißwein werden separat vergoren, wobei Grillo und Fiano im Edelstahltank und Pecorino in großen Holzfässern gärt.

Im Glas zeigt sich der Wein strohgelb und die Nase bietet exotische Noten von Mango, Limette, Grapefruit, Pfirsich und Papaya. Dazu entwickelt sich ein Duft von Zitrone, Minze und grünem Tee.
