The Poggio le Volpi Donnaluce Lazio Bianco is a fascinating white wine from Lazio that was aged in wooden casks and has an outstanding reputation in the international world of wines. This blend consisting of Malvasia del Lazio, Greco and Chardonnay has an intense bouquet offering notes of gooseberries, apricots, peach, lychee and white blossoms. Its finish shows nuances of honey and almonds. On the palate, this remarkable taste experience from the Poggio le Volpi estate is velvety, fresh, fruity, and downright dangerously seductive. The long-lasting finish shows an intense interplay of aromas.

The vines grow on volcanic soils. The Poggio le Volpi Donnaluce Lazio Bianco is an ideal accompaniment to pasta dishes with mussels, Middle Eastern and Thai cuisine or sushi. It is a genuine delight that also goes beautifully with fresh goat’s cheese.

On the palate, this fresh white wine is full-bodied, dry, clear structured and well-balanced. This blend consisting of the Cortese and Garganega grape varieties comes from centuries-old vineyards in the moraine region south of Lake Garda. The Northern Italian white wine is of a straw yellow colour with green glints.It is an ideal accompaniment to starters, first light courses of a set menu, fish dishes and white meat. The Lenotti ‘Colle Dei Tigli’ Bianco Del Veneto I.G.T. is also a real pleasure as an aperitif.
