The Cuvée T Red from the Cantina Tramin estate was made from the Vernatsch, Merlot and Pinot Noir grape varieties, giving this cuvée its distinctive character. The Vernatsch gives the wine a light, lively note, the Merlot gives it its fullness and body while the Pinot Noir provides an excellent fruitiness. On the one hand, this cuvée from South Tyrol is fresh and invigorating. On the other hand, it is soft and mild in taste. The fruity bouquet is perceptible in the prolonged finish.

Delheim Chenin Blanc Wild Fermented

Delheim Chenin Blanc has a fresh colour with a green tint. The wine shows complexity from the natural fermentation with an array of flavours. Grapefruit, orange and white peaches on the nose with subtle savoury and oak flavours. The refined and elegant palate shows restraint, with lengthy tannins and sweet fruit that will complement a variety of dishes. The grapes were handpicked, followed by crushing, de-stemming and gentle pressing. Only two thirds of the juice was settled with enzymes; the balance was taken directly to barrel for fermentation. One third of the blend was fermented cold in concrete tanks, the other two thirds in barrel. Only natural fermentation took place. The wine in the concrete tanks spent 7 months on the lees with the balance aging in French oak barrels for 7 months. A combination of 225 and 500L barrels were used of which 20% were new.Suitable for vegans.

Dieser trockene Gewürztraminer aus Südtirol leuchtet goldgelb im Glas. Das Bouquet bietet Duftnoten, die an Rosen, Lilien, würzige Blüten und getrocknete und reife, exotische Früchte wie Mango und Passionsfrucht erinnern. Am Gaumen hat der Cantina Tramin Gewürztraminer Selida DOC von dem Weingut einen reichen Körper mit schöner Frucht, feiner Säure und einer feinwürzigen Saftigkeit. Die Trauben werden nach der Lese in kleineren Behältern angeliefert und nach einer kurzen Maischestandzeit schonend gepresst. Anschließend erfolgt die alkoholische Gärung bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 18°C in kleinen Edelstahltanks.Der wundervolle italienische Weißwein passt hervorragend zu Antipasti vom Fisch und Geräuchertem, zu würzigen Gerichten der orientalischen Küche, weißem Fleisch, Schwertfisch oder Meeresfrüchten und reifem Weichkäse.

Curatolo Arini Paccamora Nero d'Avola IGP

Das italienische Weingut Curatolo Arini, das in Marsala seinen Sitz hat, nutzt seinen Weinberg in Favara San Cataldo um die Rebsorte Nero d'Avola anzubauen. Der Weinberg liegt etwa 500 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Sein Boden besteht aus Lehm und Sand. Die Nero d'Avola Traube, von Einheimischen auch "Principe Siciliano" (sizilianischer Fürst) genannt, ist die bedeutenste Rebsorte Siziliens. Aus dieser Frucht ensteht der Curatolo Arini Paccamora Nero d'Avola. IGP.Nach dem Abbeeren und einer 6-tägigen Mazeration werden die Trauben sanft gepresst und bei kontrollierter Temperatur in Edelstahltanks vergoren. Der Wein reift noch einige Monate in Edelstahltanks, bevor er in Flaschen abgefüllt wird.Der italienische Rotwein ist Rubinrot und schimmert violett. Die Nase wird überwältigt mit Aromen von Veilchen, Kirschen, Pflaumen und weißem Pfeffer. Für einen vollen und runden Geschmack sorgen rote Früchte wie Kirschen und Beeren. Die gekonnt eingebundenen Tannine sind herrlich weich.
