Churchill's Fine White Port

Churchill’s Dry White Port
This white port wine matured for ten years in wooden casks and offers fine notes of yellow fruit, nutmeg and eucalyptus in its bouquet. The Churchill's Dry White Port is a shimmering gold in the glass. It is velvety and complex on the palate, with a lovely freshness and a long, slightly peppery finish. In the Wine Advocate, Mark Squires awards the Churchill’s Dry White Port 91 points. The wine critic admits that very dry port wines are not exactly his favourite wines. In this case, however, the taste experience convinced him.The port wine is a blend consisting of diverse grape varieties such as Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Cadega and Viosinho. You’ll enjoy discovering this elegant and very harmonious Churchill’s Dry White as a sophisticated aperitif. It also goes beautifully with starters with mild cheeses, tangy cheeses and blue cheese as well. In addition, it is a wonderful accompaniment to smoked salmon, olives or roasted almonds.

Delaforce Fine White Port
The Delaforce Fine White Port is lovely on its own as a chilled aperitif and goes perfectly with sweet, fruity desserts. The port wine shimmers pale gold in the glass and has a very intense, fruity bouquet. This blend, consisting of the Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Gouveio and Viozinho grape varieties, is full-bodied and soft on the palate, with a subliminal sweetness, showing great harmony. We recommend storing the Delaforce Fine White Port in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight. Try this port wine with goose liver, soft cheeses or Bavarian cream with fruit, for example.

Graham’s Fine White Port
Founded in 1820 by William and John Graham in the Douro valley, the Graham’s estate has long been renowned for premium port wines. The Graham’s Fine White is a particular specialty of the winery as it is made only from white grapes from the Douro valley, namely from the Códega, Malvasia Fina, Rabigato and Viosinho varieties. During the production, the wine has no contact with the skins. The Fine White has a delicious residual sweetness. This is due to the fact that the fermentation is deliberately kept shorter, so that a part of the natural sugar content is not degraded and lovely notes of honey and nectar remain. All this is balanced by a wonderful freshness and a pleasant acidity. This light golden port pampers the senses with aromas of citrus fruit and almonds. We recommend enjoying Graham’s Fine White chilled at a temperature of 42.8-50.0° F, so that it can develop the interplay of freshness and fruit aromas to the fullest. It is a perfect accompaniment to light desserts and hard cheeses. It is also lovely on its own as a classic aperitif.
