Klein Constantia

Winemaker ist seit 2009 Matthew Day. Die Jahresproduktion beträgt ungefähr 480.000 Flaschen.

Delaire Graff Coastal Cuvee Sauvignon Blanc
This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend consisting of grapes that come from the wine-growing regions of Durbanville, Stellenbosch, Darling and Franschhoek. This white wine from South Africa has a wonderfully enticing bouquet offering notes of tropical fruit, underpinned by nuances of black currants and gooseberries. On the palate, the Declaire Graff Coastal Cuvee Sauvignon Blanc is balanced and beautifully multi-layered. Rustenberg Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc
This wonderfully fresh Sauvignon Blanc has a nose hinting of tropical fruit, melon and gooseberries with subtle notes of pineapple and passion fruit. The South African white wine is comparable to a Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. It is stimulating on the palate, with a great balance, a crisp acidity and a long, spicy finish. The grapes come from vineyards located in Stellenbosch, situated almost 600 metres above sea level. To bring its fruitiness into focus, the Rustenberg Sauvignon Blanc was deliberately not aged in wooden casks. This rather low-yield but absolutely healthy vintage produced wonderfully ripe grapes with intense aromas, offering a lovely, natural acidity. You’ll enjoy discovering this great taste experience.
