Der Coto de Imaz Blanco Reserva DOC ist ein Weißwein aus der prestigeträchtigen Weinregion Rioja in Spanien. Im Glas leuchtet, der auf Basis von Chardonnay Trauben hergestellte Blanco Reserva von Coto de Imaz, in einem strahlenden Goldgelb und entfaltet ein komplexes Bouquet von reifen Orangen, Blüten und Honig, ergänzt durch dezente Noten von Vanille und gerösteten Mandeln. Der Wein reift für 12 Monate in neuen französischen Eichenfässern und danach noch 12 Monate auf der Flasche, was ihm zusätzliche Tiefe und Komplexität verleiht. Am Gaumen zeigt sich dieser Blanco Reserva mit einer cremigen Textur und Geschmeidigkeit. Die harmonische Balance zwischen Frucht und Holz führt zu einem langen, weichen Abgang.

Der Coto de Imaz Blanco Reserva passt sehr gut zu gegrilltem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten bis hin zu Huhn in cremigen Saucen und milden Käsesorten.
