This cava (Spanish sparkling wine produced with the traditional method) is a shimmering gold with green glints in the glass. On the nose, this sparkling wine from Catalonia offers fine notes of yellow apple, grapefruit, toasted bread and yeast. The Cava Villa Conchi is warm, elegant and round on the palate, showing a light mousse, with a prolonged finish.The Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo und Chardonnay grape varieties unite to create a sophisticated cava which has an enormous fruitiness, a hearty acidity and a great freshness as well.
