The grapes are harvested by hand and 20% of the wine is aged for 3 months in French oak.The Conde Pinel Tempranillo is characterized by its delicate aromas of red fruits such as berries, wild strawberries and a little cherry. Also a bit of toast and vanilla from the short barrel aging.Accessible, flexible and soft wine with great fruit.This beautiful wine can be complement a nice roasted duck with plum sauce.
