The grappa was produced in discontinuous coppers using the meticulous Bagnomaria distillation method. After distillation, it matured for several months in barrels in which the Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune grappa was previously aged. The distillate is rounded off by the breathing of the wood and the contact with oxygen, resulting in an aromatic and velvety grappa that has an intense and long-lasting taste.
