No, we already deliver from one bottle onwards. This distinguishes us from many other mail order companies. This way you can also order just one bottle for tasting.
However, please note that the same shipping costs apply as for larger order quantities.
Yes, from an order value of 100 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.
We ship your order with DPD or DHL. Shipments within Germany usually reach the recipient on the next working day or the day after.
Shipments to neighbouring EU countries take approx. 3 to 4 days. Parcels to Switzerland have to go through customs, which unfortunately sometimes causes delays.
Yes, we also deliver to Switzerland.
The delivery is untaxed and duty unpaid, i.e. the goods are shipped without German VAT (currently 19%). In Switzerland, Swiss VAT and customs duties will be due. Further information is also available from the Federal Department of Finance (FDF).
Deliveries from us to Switzerland are always tax-free. If you import the goods into Switzerland yourself, you must pay German VAT in Germany beforehand. You can reclaim this from us later. For this purpose, you will need an export and buyer's certificate for VAT purposes, which we will be happy to prepare and send to you on request. Please enter a note for this during the order process.
Please note that we charge a fee of 5 EUR per invoice for the refund.
Yes, we ship to the parcelstation with DHL. Please enter your postal number and the number of the parcelstation as the new delivery address.
As soon as the parcel arrives at the parcelstation, you will be notified by SMS and/or e-mail. You can then collect the parcel around the clock using your customer card and your mTAN.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot specially prepare your order for shipment to the parcelstation. If the parcel exceeds the permitted size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm or the selected parcelstation is overfilled, your parcel will be redirected to a branch. You will receive a message from DHL about this.

After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with all the information you need for the transfer, i.e. your order number, the transfer amount and our bank details. Please enter your order number, which you will also find in the e-mail, as the reason for payment.
Please first check in your customer account, whether the e-mail address is entered correctly. Sometimes even a small typing error can cause the email not to arrive.
Or maybe your inbox is full. Some providers have limits on how much space they can store emails on their servers. Delete a few old e-mails or empty the recycle bin.
Sometimes our e-mail is also classified as unsolicited advertising. Some providers (e.g. Yahoo!, Hotmail, WEB.DE, GMX and AOL) use quite restrictive settings that prevent our message from reaching you. Therefore, please also check the corresponding SPAM folder.
Your password is stored encrypted on our server for security reasons, therefore we cannot read out and send your old password.
However, you can request a new password. You will receive this by e-mail within a few minutes. Please note that the password is case sensitive.
We will also be happy to deliver your order to a post office of your choice. Especially if you are rarely at home during the day, this is a practical alternative.
To use this service, you need a DHL PostNo. You will receive this number after registering. At www.dhl.de you will find a detailed and comprehensible description of all the steps under "Register". If you are already registered and have a DHL PostNo., you can use these data.
