The Calabrian winery Librandi consciously focuses on autochthonous grape varieties such as Gaglioppo. This grape variety is the most important of the excellent winery. The Librandi Ciro Rosso Classico DOC is a 100% Gaglioppo. The bouquet offers a remarkable fruitiness, a fine spice and hints of tobacco. On the palate: full-bodied and with aromas of dried fruits in the finale.The red wine was matured in stainless steel tanks and has a deep red colour with orange reflections. This blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon Blanc from Calabria smells of exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango, but also subliminally apricot and green apple. On the palate, balanced and with fine minerality. A fresh, harmonious white wine that combines wonderful the juicy fruit of the Sauvignon and the creaminess of Chardonnay.
