Taylor's 10 Years Old Tawny Port

This port wine is a shimmering orange to brick-red in colour and unites notes of prunes, figs and quinces in its bouquet, along with fine nuances of honey and herbs. This blend consists of traditional grape varieties such as Tinta Amarela, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa or Tinta Roriz. It is fresh and powerful on the palate, with a great balance, offering lots of fruit and spice. You’ll enjoy discovering the elegant Taylor's 10 Years Old Tawny Port well-chilled as an aperitif with roasted almonds, for example. The Taylor's 20 Years Old Tawny Port is a flaming brick-red in colour, offering aromas of nuts and almonds in its wonderfully stimulating bouquet. The bouquet is complemented by rather subtle hints of spicy, ripe fruit like figs, prunes and baked apple. On the palate, the blend, consisting of traditional grape varieties such as Tinta Amarela, Tinta Cao, Tinta Roriz or Tinta Barocca, shows an impressive freshness, wonderfully underpinned by aromas of caramel and sweet fruit. The velvety tannins as well as the acidity are perfectly integrated. Taylor's Chip Dry White Port

Fruity notes of peach and grapes and rather spicy aromas of dried fruit and nuts characterise the bouquet of the Taylor's Chip Dry White Port. The blend, consisting of the Malvasia, Rabigato, Esgana Cão, Viosinho and Gouveio grape varieties, is stimulatingly fruity and fresh on the palate, showing a refreshing acidity and a fine, residual sweetness, emphasising the wine’s slightly nutty spice and maturity and simultaneously giving it additional aromatic richness and a full body.You’ll enjoy discovering the straw-yellow Dry White Port well-chilled as an elegant aperitif with lime slices or as a refreshing Portonic cocktail over ice with tonic water (mixing ratio 1:2 to 1:1) and fresh mint. This port wine is also a lovely accompaniment to salted almonds or green olives. By the way, with the Chip Dry the Taylor’s estate became a pioneer of dry white port wines more than eighty years ago. Dick Yeatman invented the Chip Dry as a refreshing aperitif and bottled it in 1934 for the first time.

Taylor's Late Bottled Vintage Port 2019

The Taylor’s Late Bottled Vintage Port unites notes of black fruit, herbs and nuances of liquorice and dark chocolate in its multi-layered bouquet, along with fine mineral aromas. The blend, consisting of the Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barocca, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa and Tinta Cao grape varieties, is soft, velvety and simultaneously sumptuous and very dense on the palate, showing lots of body and offering spicy aromas of the bouquet’s dark fruit. The very aromatic finish is long-lasting, with a lingering spicy sweetness.The deep ruby-red port is a wonderful dessert wine to finish off an excellent meal. This LBV (Late Bottled Vintage) is also a lovely accompaniment to tangy blue cheeses (Stilton, Roquefort), dark chocolate desserts or fruit compotes (plums, wild berries, morello cherries).We recommend enjoying the Taylor’s Late Bottled Vintage Port in bulbous wine glasses, in which its bouquet can fully develop. This port wine does not need to be decanted and is wonderfully suited for serving by the glass. Once you’ve opened the bottle, you should drink it within several weeks.

The deep ruby-red Taylor's Select Reserve Port is redolent of dark berries (blackberries, black currants, elder) and nuances of liquorice. The port wine is juicy and fruity on the palate, showing a lovely, well-balanced acidity.You’ll enjoy discovering this blend, consisting of the Tinta Cao, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barocca, Touriga Francesa and Touriga Nacional grape varieties, well-chilled with cream cheeses, quark desserts with cherries or plum compote. The Taylor's Ruby Select Reserve Port is also an ideal accompaniment to fine dark chocolate or tangy blue cheeses. This port wine matured in large wooden casks with only moderate oxygen exchange, thus preserving its youthful ruby-red colour and fruity aromas. After the barrel ageing, selected wines are blended.
