Der Michel Torino Coleccion Malbec zeigt ein tief-dunkles Rubinrot im Glas. Dieser 100% argentinische Malbec aus dem Calchaqui Valley hat ein intensives Bouquet nach süßer Pflaume, überreifen Kirschen und Cassis. Am Gaumen weich und wunderbar breit mit runden Tanninen. Schöne Rosmarin- und Vanillenoten werden begleitet von angenehmen Gewürztönen. Ein Teil des trockenen Rotweins wird für 6 Monate in Eichenfässern gelagert, was dem Michel Torino Coleccion Malbec eine sanfte Komplexität verleiht.

Die Weinberge des argentinischen Weinguts Bodega Catena Zapata erstrecken sich in Lagen bis zu 1500 Metern hoch. Die Trauben für den Catena Malbec stammen aus verschiedenen Lagen und ausgewählten Parzellen der Mendoza-Berge. Sie werden von Hand verlesen und separat verarbeitet. Der Rotwein wird für rund 12-14 Monate in französischen und amerikanischen Eichenholzfässern ausgebaut.Das Bukett ist reich an Frucht und Würze. Hier treffen Kirschen und Brombeeren auf Kaffeearomen, Tabaknoten und pfeffrige Akzente. Am Gaumen zeigt der elegante Wein eine saftige Fruchtfülle mit seidiger Textur und feinkörnigen Tanninen. Der Abgang ist lang und fruchtig. Servieren Sie den Gaumenschmeichler beim Grillen. Besonders gut passt er zu argentinischem Ribeye-Steak.
