Trapiche Astica Chardonnay is an Argentinian white wine that comes from the famous Mendoza wine region. Trapiche is a renowned winery in Argentina known for its high-quality wines. The Astica Chardonnay is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are carefully selected and harvested. This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.

The Astica Chardonnay is characterized by a light, straw-yellow color. Intense aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple, melon and ripe peaches unfold on the nose. There are also subtle notes of citrus fruits and floral nuances.
On the palate, the wine is fresh, lively and well-balanced. The fruity aromas continue and are accompanied by a pleasant acidity. Trapiche Astica Chardonnay has a medium body and a long, refreshing finish.

Der Colomé Torrontés ist ein faszinierender Weißwein aus den Höhenlagen des Calchaquí-Tals in Argentinien. Hergestellt von der traditionsreichen Bodega Colomé, die zu den ältesten Weingütern des Landes zählt, spiegelt dieser Wein die einzigartige Terroir-Prägung und das Potenzial der Torrontés-Traube perfekt wider. Sein intensives Aromenspiel und die erfrischende Struktur machen ihn zu einem der besten Vertreter dieser Rebsorte.Die Torrontés-Trauben für diesen Wein wachsen in extremer Höhenlage von bis zu 1.700 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Die kühlen Nächte und sonnigen Tage sorgen für eine langsame Reifung und eine außergewöhnliche Aromenentwicklung. Nach der Lese werden die Trauben sanft gepresst und bei kontrollierter Temperatur in Edelstahltanks vergoren. This deep ruby-red wine from Apulia is redolent of wild berries, red blossoms, Mediterranean herbs, humus and eucalyptus. Its exceptional bouquet is also the result of the traditional Appassimento method, a special drying process of the grapes. The freshly harvested, overripe grapes are partially dried so that some of the water evaporates, leading to a higher sugar concentration. The Lu Li Appassimento from the Masca del Tacco estate is wonderfully fruity, well-balanced and full-bodied on the palate, with a long finish.You’ll want to discover this blend consisting of Primitivo and Negroamaro with grilled meat, polenta, savoury first courses and medium-aged cheese as well.
