Winzer Krems

Pfaffl Chardonnay Exclusiv
Pfaffle planted Chardonnay almost 20 years ago on their vineyards Rossern and Neuberg in order to show what is possible on this spot. This one is fermented and maturated in oak.In the nose some herbs with a hint of nutmeg. Robust and animating on the palate with fresh tones of ripe pear and citrus; an idea of wood gives the wine its harmonic balance. Nice acidity with vital fruit in the finish.Accompanies perfectly fish, but also made for heavier poultryor veal-dishes.

Pfaffl Zeisen Grüner Veltliner Weinviertel DAC
The Pfaffl Zeisen Grüner Veltiner appears in a radiant greenish-yellow, with a charming pepper nose right at the start, accompanied by citrus and meadow herbs. At first, the Weinviertel Zeisen is juicy and crisp on the palate. Here you realize how refreshing Veltliner can be! The spicy finish invites you to spend a cozy little while with this dry white wine. You can also be creative with your food here - from delicate fish to snacks to Asian dishes, everything is allowed and tastes good. The southern slope of Zeiseneck heats up quite a bit during the day, but the nearby forest ensures cool nights. These contrasts create the delicate style that characterizes this peppery Veltliner. In 2025, the Pfaffl winery was awarded the special "BEST PRODUCER AUSTRIA" prize by the international wine award MUNDUS VINI for the fifth time in a row.

Pfaffl Grüner Veltliner Hund
The Pfaffl Grüner Veltliner Hund is a lively and characterful white wine from the heart of Lower Austria that perfectly reflects the typical qualities of the Austrian Grüner Veltliner grape variety.Although the work on the Hundsleiten vineyard is tough due to the steepness of this stony site ("hundsn"), the vines, which are over 30 years old, reward this with particularly extract-rich wines.A clear pepper spice, accompanied by charming orange and pineapple aromas, already announces the complexity of the Veltliner on the nose. The complexity reaches its peak on the palate, where pepper meets minerality and citrus meets apple. The rich bouquet of Grüner Veltliner HUND Weinviertel DAC Reserve becomes clearer with every sip, and a long finish invites you to enjoy another glass. This wonderful dry white wine from Austria is ideal with typical Viennese cuisine, but also goes wonderfully with exotic dishes or fresh salads.

Bründlmayer Kamptal Terrassen Grüner Veltliner
The wine has a bouquet of meadow flowers and herbs with notes of fresh fruit, such as citrus and pome fruit. It is fresh, slightly peppery and has a noticeable fullness. On the palate, the Grüner Veltliner is fruity, harmonious and rich with a spicy, mineral finish. The grapes come from young vineyards around Langelois, where they grow on higher and lower terraces. The vines from higher terraces stand on stony soils, which produce long-lasting and aromatic wines. The grapes from lower terraces give the wine slightly different characteristics. These wines ripen earlier and have a stronger expression, they have more fullness and fruit. This wine combines the finesse of the high-lying terraces with the power of the low-lying terraces. The wine is fermented in steel tanks and matured on the fine lees and has a clear character. An ideal accompaniment to seafood, cold starters, Asian cuisine, lean smoked fish or fresh cheese, baked or roast chicken or turkey, veal or pork, white meat and fish in light cream sauces, vegetarian cuisine, more than just an excellent drinking wine.
