Der Chateau de Mirande Macon Villages Blanc AOP ist ein eleganter und frischer Weißwein aus dem Herzen des Burgund, der das Beste der Chardonnay-Trauben aus dieser renommierten Weinregion zum Ausdruck bringt. Dieser Weißwein, der unter der Appellation Macon Villages AOP produziert wird, repräsentiert das Terroir der südlichen Burgund-Region mit seiner Mineralität, Finesse und außergewöhnlichen Frische.

Im Glas zeigt sich der Wein in einem strahlenden, blassen Goldgelb. In der Nase entfaltet sich ein einladendes Bouquet von weißen Blüten, Zitrusfrüchten und saftigen grünen Äpfeln, begleitet von einem Hauch von Mandeln und einem subtilen mineralischen Unterton. The Thénard estate runs three Premier Cru sites in Givry: the Clos du Cellier aux Moines, Clos Saint Pierre and Bois Chevaux vineyards.The Thénard Givry Blanc Le Clos du Cellier aux Moines is characterised by soils with a higher lime content and the southern exposure of the vineyard. The fine, lively perlage makes the French Réserve Brut something special, even visually. The Crémant de Bourgogne smells of fresh honey, wonderfully underpinned by floral notes and mineral tones.On the palate, the blend of the four grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Aligoté (the dominant white wine variety in Burgundy) is clear and fresh, harmonious and round.
