Graham Beck Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) Brut 0,375 Liter halbe Flasche
An all round crowd pleaser and extremely versatile bubbly crafted from a selection of the classic MCC varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Both varietals were hand-picked: Chardonnay at 18-19.5°B for fruit and elegance and Pinot Noir at 18.5-20°B for complexity and length of flavour. In the cellar whole bunch pressing ensures fractional recovery. After settling of the juice the two varieties are fermented separately. They are then cross-blended along with reserve wine if necessary, bottled and left for 15 to 18 months yeast contact time before disgorgement. Light yeasty aromas and secondary tones of limey fresh fruit on the nose with rich creamy complexity on the palate. The exceptionally fine mousse contributes freshness and finesse.

Champagne Deutz Brut Rose 0,375 Liter
A many-hued colour with strong pink tinges and fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and direct, with aromas reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, pomegranates and redcurrants. On the palate, the wine shows a deliciously full body that follows on perfectly from the nose. Its flavours remind one of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The finish has a pleasantly acidulous character that adds to the impression of finesse given by this romantic and well-balanced wine. The champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reimsregion, and from Premiers Crus andGrands Crus. Its specific style and colour are the result of blending in 8% of red wine produced from a plot of old vines on the hill of Aÿ, and from a plot known as “Meurtet”. Both are particularly well sited and belong to Deutz. The red wine is made by our cellar-master.After almost three years ageing on its lees, the aromas have softened and harmonised, giving this Brut Rosé a particularly subtle nose, and a very interesting mixture of softness and freshness on the palate. This can be enjoyed as much as an aperitif as with a meal, where it would provide the perfect foil for salmon cooked with mushrooms, beef carpaccio, duck with red berry sauces, roast lamb chops or certain fresh and creamy cheese, such as Chaource or Brillat Savarin. Also available as a 0,75 liter bottle.
