This rosé from the Côtes de Provence shines pale pink with undertones of orange. On the nose, this wine offers connoisseurs a wonderfully fresh, stimulating and fruity bouquet hinting of white peach, apricots, passion fruit and mango. On the palate, the By.Ott is full-bodied, fresh and crisp. Here as well, the enormous fruitiness is characteristic of this wine. Citrus notes and a lovely sweet spice (cinnamon and cardamom) round off the taste experience. This elegant, pleasant wine from the renowned Domaines Ott estate is produced mainly from Grenache and smaller percentages of Cinsault and Shiraz. The Domaines Ott winery is a family-run business with several vineyards in Provence.

This rosé from Château d'Esclans is phenomenal. Fragrant notes of mango and nectarine on the nose. On the palate, spicy and minerally with impressive depth. The finish is exceptionally long. An unforgettable rosé of Côtes de Provence, created mainly of Grenache and a minor proportion Rolle (Vermentino).The grapes for the Château d'Esclans Garrus come from vines that are at least 80 years old. For this rosé the Saignée method was used (90% free run juice, 10% first slight pressing). Eight months matured the wine in oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage, the stirring of the lees. The Wine Spectator writes: "Shows impressive length and precision. A gorgeous rose. "Château d'Esclans Garrus: A rosé at Grand Cru level, and it remains unique in Provence. Just enjoy, for example to pies, grilled fish or seafood in a creamy sauce.

Mit seinem Chateau d’Esclans setzt er seit vielen Jahren Maßstäbe in der internationalen Weinwelt und wird vor allem für seine Rosé-Kreationen (z.B. Whispering Angel) bewundert. Nun kommt der Chateau d’Esclans The Pale hinzu. Und wieder gelingt es Lichine einen Rosé anzubieten, der in jeder Hinsicht heraussticht und Eindruck hinterlässt.Das Bukett ist herrlich fruchtig-frisch und intensiv. Es bietet Noten von geschnittenem Apfel, Pfirsich und pinker Grapefruit, von Zitrone und Wassermelone sowie Nuancen von Ananas. Am Gaumen ist der knochentrockene Rosé weich und bemerkenswert aromatisch. Genießerinnen und Genießer können sich auf ein tolles Aromenspiel von Maracuja,  Minze und Limette freuen. Der mittelkräftige, elegante Chateau d’Esclans The Pale verführt auch mit seiner spritzigen Säure.
