Even the vineyards of Château Minuty are fascinating. From here you overlook the spectacular Bay of Saint-Tropez. And here ripen – on more than 70 hectares – the grapes for the wines of Château Minuty.

The Château Minuty Rosé et Or is a blend of Grenache and Tibouren. This invigorating, refreshing Rosé shines exceptionally bright and has a salmon-colour. On the nose wonderfully diverse: notes of freshly picked strawberries, raspberries and red currants as well as aromas of sweet, juicy blood oranges, but also of fine herbs. Delightfully fresh, wonderfully balanced on the palate, with a nice acidity and a remarkable length on the finish.

Schon die Lagen von Château Minuty sind etwas Besonderes. Von hier überblickt man die eindrucksvolle Bucht von Saint-Tropez. Und hier reifen auf mehr als 70 Hektar die Reben heran für die Weine des Château Minuty.

Auf Château Minuty werden die Rebsorten Grenache und Syrah bei optimaler Reife von Hand gelesen und in der Kellerei ebenfalls von Hand streng selektiert. Während der Vinifikation wird der biologische Säureabbau bewusst unterbunden und der Wein nur kurz bei kühlen 15 °C im Edelstahltank ausgebaut. So stellen die Winzer sicher, dass die feine, aromatische Frucht voll zur Geltung kommt.

The Cuvée M Rosé has a bright salmon pink color. This rosé from Provence is a blend of mostly Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. On the palate, dry, fresh and balanced.
