This Riesling ‘Auslese’ from the Moselle shows intense, fruity notes of yellow fruit as well as floral aromas and mineral nuances in the nose. On the palate, the white wine from the Rhineland-Palatinate is stimulating, well-balanced and very refreshing. The Trittenheimer Apotheke is one of the best terroirs on the Moselle, producing Riesling wines of great fruity intensity. The slate soils heat up extremely at the height of summer. During the night, the heat is returned to the vines. You’ll want to discover the Steffen Brothers wines which are very aromatic and offer multi-faceted fruit nuances and a great minerality.

This full-bodied Riesling has a fine minerality, is wonderfully fruity and offers a wonderful acidity.Especially the slopes of the vineyard called Leistenberg, located in a small valley of the Nahe near Oberhausen are marked by slate-soils. This is where most characterful Rieslings grow, which bear the name of the special soil.The Tonschiefer Dönnhoff Riesling comes from vines that are between 25 and 30 years old. The grapes were harvested to 100% by hand. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks and large oak casks, which explains the beautiful complexity of this white wine.
