Ein Geburtstagsgrappa wie er im Buche steht! Zum hundertjährigen Jubiläum hat die Destillerie Marcati einen ganz besonderen Grappa aufgelegt. Bereits 1919 startete die Familie Marcati mit der Produktion von Likören und Spirituosen, um heute in der 3. und 4. Generation weltweit ihre Produkte zu vertreiben. Limitiert und edel verpackt wurde dieser Grappa aus dem Trester der Rebsorten Corvina und Rondinella gebrannt. Diese Rebsorten werden für die Produktion von Amarone Weinen verwendet und geben dem Grappa somit seinen Namen. Bernsteinfarbig und mild im Geschmack duftet der 100 Marcati Grappa di Amarone Riserva Centenario wunderbar aromatisch. Die Reifung erfolgte für 18 Monate in kleinen Eichenfässern. Nicht nur für Hundertjährige geeignet, lässt sich mit diesem ausgewöhnlichen Grappa Eindruck bei jeder Gelegenheit erzielen.

Its finish shows nuances of honey and almonds. On the palate, this remarkable taste experience from the Poggio le Volpi estate is velvety, fresh, fruity, and downright dangerously seductive. The long-lasting finish shows an intense interplay of aromas.The vines grow on volcanic soils. The Poggio le Volpi Donnaluce Lazio Bianco is an ideal accompaniment to pasta dishes with mussels, Middle Eastern and Thai cuisine or sushi. The Nussbaumer estate is located in Sella, a small village above Tramin. Vineyards here are planted between 350 - 550 meters on the slopes below the Roen mountains, an ideal position to benefit from fresh, drying wind that blows from Lake Garda during the entiregrowing season. The soil is made up of clay and gravel, with a limestone layer from 20 - 100 cm and porphyry subsoil.The grapes were harvested in small bins, then gently crushed and left to macerate with their juice for a brief period to capture the characteristic aromatics of Gewürztraminer.After pressing, the must is left to ferment at a controlled temperature (18-20°C) in stainless steel tanks.Nussbaumer has a long history of over 700 years of winegrowing, and it is one of the oldest estates in Tramin. Our selection of Gewürztraminer from this estate embodies all the characteristics of this variety: an intense, bright straw-yellow color, and notes of fragrant rose petals, cinnamon, ripe tropical fruits and carnations. The engaging aromas offer hints of spice that lift the lush palate.Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, the wine is perfect with seafood, particularly Asian cuisine. On its own, Nussbaumer is a wine of meditation, to accompany and unforgettable moment with good company.
