This Pecorino from the Abruzzi stands for a distinctive, regionally rooted quality. The white wine has a multifaceted bouquet offering notes of pears, apples and peaches, complemented by floral and balsamic aromas and subtle hints of wood. On the palate, the straw-yellow Vanita Pecorino IGP is well-structured, full-bodied and remarkably fruity, showing an elegant acidity and a lovely minerality.
