Product recommendation

Masca del Tacco Luetta Fiano
The southern Italian autochthonous Fiano grape variety is famous for wonderfully aromatic white wines and embodies an authentic part of southern Italian viticulture. The Masca del Tacco Fiano IGP Puglia L‘Uetta offers a fine bouquet hinting of exotic fruit, floral notes and a little nutmeg. It is initially sweet on the palate, with lovely, intense fruit, crisp acidity, great freshness and a long finish. This white wine from Apulia is a shimmering light yellow in the glass and was aged in stainless steel tanks. The pure varietal Fiano is a fine aperitif and an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes and mild cheese.

Masca del Tacco Lu’Li Appassite
This deep ruby-red wine from Apulia is redolent of wild berries, red blossoms, Mediterranean herbs, humus and eucalyptus. Its exceptional bouquet is also the result of the traditional Appassimento method, a special drying process of the grapes. The freshly harvested, overripe grapes are partially dried so that some of the water evaporates, leading to a higher sugar concentration. The Lu Li Appassimento from the Masca del Tacco estate is wonderfully fruity, well-balanced and full-bodied on the palate, with a long finish. You’ll want to discover this blend consisting of Primitivo and Negroamaro with grilled meat, polenta, savoury first courses and medium-aged cheese as well. This is a wonderful wine based on the traditional art of Apulian viticulture and its particular conditions.

Zenato Valpolicella Superiore
The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance). This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines. Unfortunately, one can find many Valpolicella wines of poor quality on the market but fortunately, we don’t have to worry about this as far as Zenato wines are concerned, as Zenato produces only high-quality wines.
