Epicuro Bianco Chardonnay Fiano Puglia IGT

Delheim Chardonnay Sur Lie
The Delheim Chardonnay Sur Lie is redolent of crisp apples, zitrus, quince and stone fruits complemented by hints of oak. This Chardonnay from South Africa matured for nine months in French oak casks. On the palate, the white wine shows a marginally creamy texture, a great structure and elegance as well. The finish is slightly mineral. The light vibrant gold colour wine from the Stellenbosch region is wonderfully stimulating and fresh. You’ll enjoy discovering the Delheim Chardonnay Sur Lie, a high-quality white wine from South Africa, as a marvellous accompaniment to haute cuisine dishes.

Epicuro Appassimento Puglia IGP
The Italian wine expert Luca Maroni awards this wine 97 points and assesses it as the ‘Best Italian red wine’.The Epicuro Appassimento Puglia IGP is a red wine that leaves a lasting impression. Its bouquet shows intense aromas of blueberries and blackberries which harmonise perfectly with Mediterranean herbal notes. On the palate, this marvellous blend from Apulia is warm and full-bodied, with a fine sweetness and a captivating, beguiling character. Using the traditional Appassimento method, the grapes ripen beyond the ripeness date and dry on the vines. The Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes shrivel almost to the size of a raisin, thus gaining aromas, acidity and a higher sugar concentration. The exceptionally rich wines produced from these grapes are characterised by an intense bouquet offering notes of dried fruit. These wines are also full-bodied and show a remarkable spice. You’ll want to discover this off-dry wine made from the Negroamaro and Primitivo grape varieties with hearty meat dishes, preferably grilled meat. It is also a real delight to enjoy all night simply on its own. In fact, the 97 points awarded by Luca Maroni speak for themselves...
