The Nonino Grappa Uvabianca is an impressive creation consisting of the Ribolla, Malvasia and Moscato grape varieties and has a high juice content. To produce the Ùe, the skins, fruit pulp and juice of the whole grapes are distilled at once. The crystal-clear grappa has a fine aroma and offers lovely nuances of nuts. The Nonino Grappa Uvabianca is exceptionally harmonious on the palate.

The Ùe is a wonderful ingredient for creamy cakes or desserts. We recommend enjoying it with ice cream or using it as a sophisticated ingredient in cocktails.
