Fosso Corno Cima Bianca

This deep ruby-red wine from Apulia is redolent of wild berries, red blossoms, Mediterranean herbs, humus and eucalyptus. Its exceptional bouquet is also the result of the traditional Appassimento method, a special drying process of the grapes. The freshly harvested, overripe grapes are partially dried so that some of the water evaporates, leading to a higher sugar concentration. The Lu Li Appassimento from the Masca del Tacco estate is wonderfully fruity, well-balanced and full-bodied on the palate, with a long finish. You’ll want to discover this blend consisting of Primitivo and Negroamaro with grilled meat, polenta, savoury first courses and medium-aged cheese as well. This is a wonderful wine based on the traditional art of Apulian viticulture and its particular conditions.
