This pure varietal Trebbiano di Lugana from vineyards located south of Lake Garda offers a fascinatingly refreshing and multi-faceted bouquet. On the nose, it is redolent of acacia, bread crust, apples, pears and citrus fruit. The wine shows a lovely minerality on the palate. The finish is long-lasting. This wine is an uncomplicated and simultaneously sophisticated drinking pleasure from Italy.

The dry Sgreva Lugana Sirmio DOC is an excellent aperitif as well as an ideal accompaniment to light salads and fish dishes.

This blend consisting of different white grape varieties from the Lugana wine-growing area, located south of Lake Garda, has a fascinatingly fruity freshness. In the nose, it is redolent of lovely, intense notes of yellow fruit, citrus aromas and floral nuances. Produced from 100% trebbiano di Lugana grapes. Attractive greenish highlights complement a luminous straw-yellow colour. The wine offers a superbe, richly-faceted nose, with an intense, lively fruitiness offering scents of ripe grape and peach, plus abundant tropical fruit banana, citron and grapefruit.That crisp liveliness marks the palate too, with its pleasurable tartness, a dryness softened around the edges, and the lightest hint vanilla hovering throughout.Fits very well with roast poultry, such as duck, goose or chicken.

Zenato Lugana Riserva "Sergio Zenato"

The fruit is from the Podere Massoni vineyards, with 15- to 20-year-old vines and a very low average yield of 2.5 kg per vine. Harvest occurs somewhat late, towards mid-October. Winemaking is carried out with extreme care. The wine is fermented in barriques for 3 weeks, then matured in small new oak for 4 months, followed by 6 months in steel and 6 months in glass before release.The wine exhibits a lively light gold, then opens to a rich, multi-layered nose featuring nuances of blossoms, citrus fruit, and vanilla. A beautifully balanced mouth offers stunning richness, then continues through into a remarkably long, savoury finale.A few years cellaring will be amply rewarded.
