Produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that are harvested by hand and grown in the hills of Trentino. The Pinot Noir grapes are harvested slightly early so that characteristic aromatic notes of red fruit can be brought to the nose, and structure, richness and importance can be brought to the palate.Metodo Classico, Método Tradicional, Methode Champenoise: are all ways of identifying the earliest and most refined production method of sparkling wines obtained through a second fermentation in the bottle.Talento identifies the excellence of Italian sparkling wine. As a matter of fact, since 2005 the use of “Talento” is exclusively reserved to sparkling wines produced with the second fermentation in bottle and may only be made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco grapes, of which the finest are preserved to obtain quality sparkling wines with a minimum of 15 months second fermentation.

The grapes for the Pinot Grigio from the Cantina Andrian estate grow in vineyards located in the mountains of South Tyrol. The soils consist of limestone and clay, interspersed with white dolomite rock and Andrian porphyry. After harvest, the white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the wine matured for six months with yeast. The fruity bouquet recalls aromas of ripe honeydew melon, along with delicate floral notes. On the palate, the Cantina Andrian Pinot Grigio is juicy, soft and elegant. Its long, balanced finish melts the hearts of wine connoisseurs.This Pinot Grigio goes beautifully with crustaceans, vegetable dishes and casseroles with tomatoes and minced meat.

Die fein eingewobenen Tannine und die fruchtbetonte Aromatik, dazu die angenehme, samtig-weiche Textur: all das macht diesen Rotwein von mittleren Hügellagen auf etwa 350 bis 450 Metern Meereshöhe zu einem eindrucksvollen Geschmackserlebnis.Etwa 300 kleine Weinbauern haben sich in der Kellerei zusammengeschlossen und in der Weinwelt eine echte Qualitätsmarke etabliert. The grapes come from vineyards planted in calcareous clay and gravel soils between 240 and 500 meters in the areas Ora, Tramin and Egna.The grapes were gently pressed immediately following harvest.
