The ruby-red Cantina Andrian Pinot Noir DOC is a wonderfully harmonious wine. Its bouquet is redolent with delicate aromas of berries, dried fruit and strawberries. The red wine from South Tyrol is supple and dry on the palate, with a vivid acidity and a long finish. The controlled fermentation of the must was carried out in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the Pinot noir matured in large oak casks and underwent natural malolactic fermentation during this time. Enjoy this Pinot noir from the Andrian winery with hearty meat dishes.

Cantina Andrian

Das Weingut Cantina Andrian liegt an der Südtiroler Weinstraße im Etschtal. Auf etwa 285 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel schmiegen sich die Weinberge des Weingutes um das Dorf Andrian an den Berg. Cantina Andrian ist bereits 1893 gegründet worden und war damit die erste Genossenschaftskellerei Südtirols. Die kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Arbeit kombiniert mit Fleiß und Gespür tragen bis heute dazu bei eine Qualität zu erzeugen, die seines Gleichen in Südtirol sucht. Das führte letztlich auch zur Übernahme durch die Kellerei Terlan im Jahre 2008.

Der Tradition verbunden wird mit Hingabe, Leidenschaft und Verbundenheit zu Natur und Rebstock an der Weiterentwicklung der Weine für die Zukunft gearbeitet. Das einzigartige Terroir ist geprägt von lehmhaltigen Kalkgestein, welches mit weißem Dolomitgestein durchsetzt ist. Das mediterrane Klima verwöhnt die Trauben an den nach Osten ausgerichteten Hängen mit viel Sonne. Die Niederschlagsmengen sind übers Jahr konstant und der durch die Tallage seichte Wind fördern ein gesundes Wachstum des Traubenmaterials.

Cantina Andrian Pinot Grigio DOC

The grapes for the Pinot Grigio from the Cantina Andrian estate grow in vineyards located in the mountains of South Tyrol. The soils consist of limestone and clay, interspersed with white dolomite rock and Andrian porphyry. After harvest, the white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the wine matured for six months with yeast. The fruity bouquet recalls aromas of ripe honeydew melon, along with delicate floral notes. On the palate, the Cantina Andrian Pinot Grigio is juicy, soft and elegant. Its long, balanced finish melts the hearts of wine connoisseurs.This Pinot Grigio goes beautifully with crustaceans, vegetable dishes and casseroles with tomatoes and minced meat.

After being harvested by hand, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled cool temperatures. Lagrein DOC in matured 7-10 month in large wooden barrels. The 100% Lagrein from the winery Cantina Terlan has a dark garnet color. On the nose, intensely fruity. Diese Wein-Linie des Südtiroler Spitzenweingutes Tiefenbrunner leitet sich vom lateinischen „merus“ ab, das für „rein, unvermischt“ steht. Die Trauben für den Tiefenbrunner Merus Weissburgunder stammen von Hanglagen in Kurtatsch und Lagen in der Talsohle bei Margreid.Genießen Sie diesen Weißburgunder bei einer Trinktemperatur von 10 bis 12 Grad.
