The Marzadro Grappa Anfora Trentia 43 emphasizes the profound bond of the Marzadro distillery with the Trentino region: the Marzadro Anfora 43 is a blend consisting of autochthonous grape varieties from the Trentino area such as Teroldego and Marzemino complemented by Merlot, Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau and Moscato. The Marzadro Grappa 43 is fruity, full and sensationally mild on the palate.

Die Brennerei Marzadro liegt in der Provinz Trient im Vallagarina-Tal, zu deutsch Lagertal genannt. Vielen ist das Tal von Urlaubsreisen bekannt, denn sowohl die Brennerautobahn als auch die Brennerbahn verlaufen durch das Tal.

Die Distilleria Marzadro kreiert hochwertige Grappa, die 36 Monate in kleinen Eichenholzfässern zu erstklassigen Produkten reifen. Die Grappa von Marzadro zählen zu den besten ihrer Art. Die Pressrückstände, auch Trester genannt, aus denen der Grappa entsteht, stammen von den besten klassischen Rebsorten des Trentino.

Seit 1949 stellt die Familie Marzadro Grappa her. Gründer waren die Geschwister Sabina und Attilio Mazadro. Heute ist Andrea Marzadro Taktgeber der Brennerei. Mehrfach wurden die Grappa der Brennerei ausgezeichnet, die heute in moderner Umgebung produziert werden. Die 2009 in Betrieb genommene Destillationsanlage besteht aus acht kreisförmig angeordneten Dampfbrennkolben und beherbergt eine Vielzahl von Kupferkesseln, die durch das darüber liegende Glasdach herrlich vom Sonnenlicht angestrahlt werden. Die Anlage ist effizient und modern, wurde aber von Hand sehr individuell und traditionell gefertigt. Zwischen September und Dezember ist naturgemäß die intensivste Zeit bei Mazadro und rund um die Uhr werden jeden Tag Zentner von frischen, ausgesuchten Trestern destilliert.

The Marzadro Grappa Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune is produced by distilling five Trentino pomaces such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Moscato and Chardonnay. The Marzadro Grappa Trentina Morbida is a wonderfully soft blend consisting of the Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer grape varieties. The grappa was produced in discontinuous coppers using the meticulous Bagnomaria distillation method. After distillation, it matured for several months in barrels in which the Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune grappa was previously aged. The distillate is rounded off by the breathing of the wood and the contact with oxygen, resulting in an aromatic and velvety grappa that has an intense and long-lasting taste.
