Peter Zemmer Vernatsch / Schiava DOC

The Vernatsch red wine is typical of South Tyrol. This composition produced by Peter Zemmer is redolent of cherries and ripe berries and offers subtle hints of currants, complemented by floral notes (violets) and nuances of cinnamon. The wonderfully fruity, light to ruby-red wine is dry, mild and harmonious on the palate. Its finish offers discreet aromas of bitter almond.

Try the Peter Zemmer Vernatsch from the Bolzano lowlands with bacon, sausages, grilled or roasted meat and mild cheeses, for example.

Peter Zemmer
