Anselmi San Vincenzo Bianco IGT

The Anselmi San Vincenzo Bianco IGT, a cuvée consisting mainly of Garganega and smaller percentages of Chardonnay, is redolent of fresh herbs, peach, melon and apricot. This white wine with its expressive mineral character is fresh and velvety on the palate.

During the manual harvest, only the healthiest and ripest grapes are selected. In consideration of the different stages of ripeness, the harvest is carried out in several phases. Roberto Anselmi is renowned for producing masterful wines made from Garganega vines. The San Vincenzo was aged for six months in stainless steel tanks, remaining in contact with the natural yeast, before it matured for a further three months in the bottle. The wines produced by Roberto Anselmi are regularly awarded top marks in the Gambero Rosso wine guide.
