The Borgo Molino I Ciari Sauvignon Blanc comes from the IGT region of Trevenezie, formerly known as IGT delle Venezie. This white wine is a straw-yellow in colour and is redolent of citrus fruit, yellow paprika and apples. On the palate, it is wonderfully juicy and fresh, with a supple, pleasant and full body. The Borgo Molino Ciari Sauvignon Blanc shows lovely mineral notes that continue unabated in the finish.
