Bottega White Gold Spumante is an elegant and noble sparkling wine from the renowned Venezia DOC wine-growing region in Veneto, Italy. Produced by the well-known Bottega Winery, this sparkling wine not only impresses with its high quality, but also with its eye-catching, mirrored bottle in shiny white gold.

The sparkling wine has a straw-yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is fresh and refined with notes of green apple and peach, complemented by light accents of acacia honey and bread crust and delicate floral aromas. On the palate, Bottega White Gold is soft and captivating with a pleasant fruity sweetness, balanced acidity and a fine, mineral finish.

Bottega White Gold Spumante is ideal as an aperitif and goes wonderfully with grilled fish, shellfish and crustaceans. It also goes perfectly with white meat (chicken and turkey). Serve at a temperature of 4-5 °C and use a champagne glass that is as narrow as possible.
