Biscardo Maurizio B Martino Prosecco Millesimato DOC
This Prosecco has a straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it offers intense notes of peach blossom and hints of apple. On the palate, this creation of the winery Mabis is velvety and harmonious. The finish is rather dry, the after taste wonderfully aromatic. Enjoy this Prosecco with fish dishes or as an aperitif.Martino Biscardo personally took care of the selection of Glera grapes for this sparkling wine. Maurizio and Martino Biscardo run the winery Mabis, which is rooted in the 18th century, near Verona. By the way, MAurizio and MArtino BIScardo, the first letters of the names add up to MABIS, the name of the winery.

A pale straw-yellow sparkling wine from Conegliano Valdobbiadene with hints of emerald, compellingly luminous, with a near-endless bead of the tiniest bubbles. A delicate note of fresh-baked bread in bouquet is the first to emerge, followed by apple, pear, and peach, alongside refined impressions of rose petals and acacia blossoms. The crisp palate is both smooth and sweet, perfectly complemented by a noticeable, lemonish acidity. Fine balance, delicacy, and immediate drinkability.

Zenato Valpolicella Superiore
The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance). This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines. Unfortunately, one can find many Valpolicella wines of poor quality on the market but fortunately, we don’t have to worry about this as far as Zenato wines are concerned, as Zenato produces only high-quality wines.
