Lenotti Bardolino Classico DOC

This red wine from the wine-growing region of Bardolino, the beautiful hilly area surrounding the eastern part of Lake Garda, unites notes of raspberries and cherries in its bouquet. The Lenotti Bardolino Classico DOC consists of the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties, producing a wine which is fresh, dry and well-balanced on the palate. This bright, ruby-red wine from the Lenotti winery should be consumed young.

Bereits 1906 verkaufte das Unternehmen Lenotti offene Weine in Fässern und Korbflaschen. Bis 1968 gelang es, den Betrieb beständig zu erweitern und sich auf die Erzeugung von Qualitätsweinen zu spezialisieren. Lenotti begann in dieser Zeit auch mit der Abfüllung und dem Direktvertrieb seiner Weine. Seit nunmehr 40 Jahren wird die Gesamtproduktion ausschließlich in Flaschen verkauft. Der Betrieb wird auch heute von der Familie Lenotti geführt. Giancarlo, Önologe und verantwortlich für die Produktion, seine Frau Marina, die sich um den Verkauf in Italien kümmert, sowie der Sohn Claudio, zuständig für das internationale Geschäft, führen das erfolgreiche Unternehmen. Über 90% der produzierten Weine werden ins Ausland geliefert. Die wichtigsten Märkte sind Deutschland, Dänemark, Belgien, Holland, die Schweiz und England. Aber auch auf anderen Kontinenten verkauft das Weingut seine Produkte.

In den Hügeln der Gemeinden von Negrar, Valgatara di Marano di Valpolicella und Fumane im Valpolicella-Gebiet reifen die Trauben für die bekannten tief dunkelroten Weine von Lenotti heran, die sich meist aus Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara zusammensetzen. Hervorragende Weißweine erzeugt das Weingut aus Pinot Grigio und Garganega-Reben, aber auch Trebbiano Toscano.

The Tenuta Sant Antonio winery is located northeast of Verona and surrounded by its own vineyards. With the wines of the Scaia line, the Castagnedi brothers fulfilled their dream of creating wines that better meet the requirements of young winemakers.The Tenuta Sant Antonio Scaia Paradiso is a cuvée consisting of the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are dried for 20 days before they are pressed. After the gentle pressing of all the grapes, the wine is aged for 20 days with selected biological yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine matures for one year in 500-litre French oak casks.The bouquet of this ruby-red wine recalls Maraska cherries, wild berries and candied fruit. The bouquet is complemented by spicy notes of black pepper, liquorice, cocoa and tobacco. Zenato Valpolicella Superiore 0,375 l (Halbflasche)
The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance). This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines. Unfortunately, one can find many Valpolicella wines of poor quality on the market but fortunately, we don’t have to worry about this as far as Zenato wines are concerned, as Zenato produces only high-quality wines.

Lenotti Le Olle Bardolino Superiore Classico DOCG
Der italienische Rotwein duftet einnehmend nach dunklen, reifen Früchten wie Kirschen, Himbeeren und Pflaumen. Auch unterschwellige Noten von Backpflaumen prägen das Bouquet. Der Duftstrauß wird von einer schönen Würze abgerundet (Vanille, schwarzer Pfeffer).Am Gaumen ist der dunkel rubinrote Wein trocken, saftig und wunderbar weich, mit einer seidigen Textur. Auch hier eine herrliche Vielfalt an Aromen, unter anderem rote Johannisbeeren, Kirschen und schwarzer Tee. Mit feinen Holztönen und kraftvollen, gekonnt eingebundenen Tanninen. Der Lenotti Le Olle Bardolino Superiore Classico hat eine eindrucksvolle Länge.Schon die Machart des italienischen Rotweins garantiert ein besonderes Geschmackserlebnis. Die Trauben werden akribisch gelesen. Im Anschluss wird ein Teil der Lese umgehend vinifiziert, während die übrigen Trauben etwa 40 Tage lang trocknen, ehe sie schonend vergoren werden. Die Konzentration der Aromen wird so gefördert. Die Moste werden dann vereint, und ein Teil des Rotweins von Lenotti im Eichenholz ausgebaut, der andere im Edelstahl.Am Ende dieses Prozesses steht ein vollmundiger Rotwein aus den Rebsorten Corvina, Rondinella und Cabernet Sauvignon. Genießen Sie den Lenotti Le Olle Bardolino Superiore Classico bei einer Trinktemperatur von 18 Grad. Der Rotwein vom Gardasee passt sehr gut zu kräftigen Pastagerichten (Rinderragout mit Pappardelle), Sonntagsbraten, gegrilltem, rotem Fleisch oder auch zu länger gereiftem Käse.

This white wine from the moraine hills south of Lake Garda has a wonderfully fresh, fruity and multi-faceted bouquet. Lenotti Capomastro Veneto Rosso IGT
The Lenotti Capomastro has a lovely, intense bouquet hinting of red berries. This particularly fruity and refreshing red wine is full-bodied, well structured, dry and very harmonious on the palate. The silky tannins are nicely integrated. This red wine from vineyards located on the southern shore of Lake Garda is a blend consisting of Corvina and Rebo grapes.
