Hinter der Kollektion Mabis stehen die Brüder Maurizio und Martino Biscardo, die den Familienbetrieb von Soave aus, der berühmten kleinen Stadt in der Provinz Verona, führen. Die ersten Buchstaben ihrer Vor- und Zunamen ergeben den Namen von Mabis.

Teil der Biscardo Passo Trilogie ist der Mabis Biscardo Rosapasso Pinot Nero Rosato IGT Veneto. Ein schmackhafter Rosé, dessen Pinot Nero Reben auf besonders fruchtbaren Böden wachsen. Die Weinberge befinden sich in einer Region, die das Gebiet vulkanischen Ursprungs ist und daher reich an Mineralen und Ton. Dies verleiht den Trauben unnachahmliche Eigenschaften im Vergleich zur weltweiten Produktion von Pinot Nero.Die Trauben werden schonend gepresst, sodass ein reiner Most entsteht. Es folgt eine kalte Mazeration, die vor der Gärung durchgeführt wird. Auf diese Weise werden die primären Aromen einfacher und effizienter aus der Haut der Beeren extrahiert. Die darauffolgende Gärung findet in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur statt.
