Churchill’s Reserve Port

The grapes for this young Reserve Port from the Churchill’s estate come from the best Quintas vineyards. This blend, consisting of diverse grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca and Tinta Francisca, is redolent of fresh bilberries and offers nuances of eucalyptus and cistus blossoms. It is stimulating on the palate, with lots of natural acidity as well as a lovely balance.

The Churchill’s Reserve Port was aged for three years in large casks. The port wine is a dark blackberry red in colour - it is a real delight simply on its own, but also an ideal, enriching accompaniment to dessert variations with fruit, chocolate desserts and soft cheeses as well.
