Ramos Pinto

Taylor's 20 Years Old Tawny Port
The Taylor's 20 Years Old Tawny Port is a flaming brick-red in colour, offering aromas of nuts and almonds in its wonderfully stimulating bouquet. The bouquet is complemented by rather subtle hints of spicy, ripe fruit like figs, prunes and baked apple. On the palate, the blend, consisting of traditional grape varieties such as Tinta Amarela, Tinta Cao, Tinta Roriz or Tinta Barocca, shows an impressive freshness, wonderfully underpinned by aromas of caramel and sweet fruit. The velvety tannins as well as the acidity are perfectly integrated. This is an extraordinarily harmonious, full-bodied and elegant port wine, showing a very great length. With this Taylor's 20 Years Old Tawny Port you’ll enjoy discovering an outstanding port wine produced by one of the leading port wine estates with more than 300 years of history. The Old Tawny goes beautifully with sweet creams and desserts with caramel, brittle, honey, nuts and almonds. It is also a real delight to enjoy with crème brûlée, mousse au chocolat, melting chocolate cake, ripened hard cheeses (Manchego, Parmesan) and blue cheeses as well.
